Today, Sitel Group names Laurent Delache, a renowned Brazilian executive of customer experience management, Brazil’s Country Manager. Géraud Mazel, Sitel Brazil’s Country Manager since January 2016, has accepted a new role at the group’s Miami headquarters: Vice President, Transformation, Sitel Group.
Following recent market changes, Sitel Brazil’s Country Manager assumes a new, corporate role within Sitel Group
Sao Paulo, Brazil – January 15, 2018 – Today, Sitel Group names Laurent Delache, a renowned Brazilian executive of customer experience management, Brazil’s Country Manager. Delache will oversee all aspects of Brazil’s operations and report to the group’s Chief Operations Officer Olivier Camino. Delache brings more than 25 years of professional experience in customer experience management, IT, business consulting and contact center operations. He has worked for several global organizations including Alcatel Lucent, Aspect, Bull, COPC and Genesys. Most recently, he served as an SVP with Aspect for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Géraud Mazel, Sitel Brazil’s Country Manager since January 2016, has accepted a new role at the group’s Miami headquarters: Vice President, Transformation, Sitel Group. In the new position, Mazel will work with Camino and be responsible for the transformation strategy of the Sitel Group. By March, Mazel will complete the transition process already under way and relocate to Miami.
With the customer experience industry’s continuous transformation, these changes reflect Sitel Group’s evolution to achieve future goals.
