    Olivier Camino, Founder and Global Chief Operating Officer (COO), is responsible for all Operations and Account Management for Sitel Group. Since January 2016, Olivier has served as COO of Sitel Group and continues his commitment of reshaping the future of the Customer Experience Management industry. Olivier works closely with the company’s regional Operations and Account Management teams to ensure operational excellence through consistency, best practice sharing and a robust and proven global operating model.

    Mike Small is Sitel Group’s CEO – Americas responsible for all functional aspects of the group’s Americas’ organization: North America and Nearshore (Latin America) including Operations, Finance, HR, Sales & Solutions, Project Management, Workforce Management and Account Management. As Chief Client Officer for Sitel Group, Mike led the Americas Account Management team to significantly improve business growth for clients and help drive strategic value across all industries and verticals.


  • Elisabeth Destailleur Chief Financial Officer

    Elisabeth Destailleur holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Sitel Group. In her role, she works to build the most financially sound and dynamic company in the industry. Prior to the acquisition of Sitel Group by Groupe Acticall in September 2015 and since March 2006, Elisabeth has been CFO of Groupe Acticall in charge of the financial division of the Groupe. She has various fields of responsibility such accounting, tax, financial reporting, cash management, legal and corporate services.

  • Pedro Lozano CEO – Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)

    As CEO for Sitel Group’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, Pedro Lozano oversees an organization of 30,000 employees across 70 sites in 15 countries who speak more than 30 different languages. A Sitel veteran, he joined the company in 2001 as CFO for the group’s Iberian operations.

    As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Sitel Group, Martin Wilkinson-Brown leads the Global Marketing and Communications team to drive marketing strategies, enhance the group’s go-to-market offerings and provide innovative customer experience management solutions.

  • Jim Flynn Chief Human Resources Officer

    A 20+ year veteran with the company, Jim Flynn is Sitel Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Jim is based out of the group’s Nashville, Tennessee office and leads the HR strategy at the global and corporate level by partnering with regional and local HR teams to manage the group’s diverse workforce.

  • David Slaviero Chief Technology Officer

    David Slaviero is Sitel’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He joined Groupe Acticall in 2001 and, since 2004, has been head of the Information Systems department. This includes managing and monitoring the IT teams, project management, consulting, information system maintenance and evolution.

  • Philippe Riveron Chief Ventures Officer

    As Sitel Group’s Chief Ventures Officer (CVO), Philippe Riveron is responsible for the coordination and management of the group’s ventures including Extens Consulting, Learning Tribes, Innso and TSC. Since January 2018, Philippe has worked to accelerate the venture’s transformation within the industry and nurture each of the organizations. Philippe is also the global CEO of both Learning Tribes and TSC.
