This Group, which was founded a year after Groupe Acticall acquired Sitel Group Worldwide Corporation, successfully combines the DNA of both companies with Sitel’s 30 years of proven experience, expansive global footprint and unrivaled client diversity and Acticall’s entrepreneurial mindset, focus on innovation and digital vision.
As Sitel’s Chief Marketing & Innovations Officer, Arnaud de Lacoste is committed to reshaping the Customer Experience Management industry for the future. As a founding partner and shareholder of Groupe Acticall, Arnaud is focused on enhancing the company’s Global Marketing organization and designing a robust marketing strategy. He continues to strengthen the digital presence and align the marketing and sales efforts by leveraging the company’s many solutions and ventures.
Olivier Camino, Global COO, is responsible for all Operations and Account Management at Sitel. Since January 2016, Olivier has served as COO of Sitel Group and continues his commitment of reshaping the future of the Customer Experience Management industry. Olivier works closely with the company’s regional Operations and Account Management teams to ensure operational excellence through consistency, best practice sharing and a robust and proven global operating model.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Don Berryman leads Sitel’s Global Sales and Solutions organization. Formerly, he held the positions of President of the Americas region, General Manager of the Americas region and Chief Global Sales and Marketing Officer, leading the efforts to grow revenue with new client acquisition, expand programs with existing clients and to help position the company as the world leader in outsourced services focused on client relationships.
Elisabeth Destailleur holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Sitel. In her role, she works to build the most financially sound and dynamic company in the industry. Prior to the acquisition of Sitel Group by Groupe Acticall in September 2015 and since March 2006, Elisabeth has been CFO of Groupe Acticall in charge of the financial division of the Groupe. She has various fields of responsibility such accounting, tax, financial reporting, cash management, legal and corporate services.
David Slaviero is Sitel’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He joined Groupe Acticall in 2001 and, since 2004, has been head of the Information Systems department. This includes managing and monitoring the IT teams, project management, consulting, information system maintenance and evolution.
As Sitel Group’s Chief Ventures Officer (CVO), Philippe Riveron is responsible for the coordination and management of the group’s ventures including Extens Consulting, Learning Tribes, Novagile and TSC. Since January 2018, Philippe has worked to accelerate the venture’s transformation within the industry and nurture each of the organizations. Philippe is also the global CEO of both Learning Tribes and TSC.
As Chief Client Officer for Sitel Group, Mike Small leads the Americas Account Management team and governs the relationships with the group’s Americas’ clients including AT&T, USAA, Comcast, Capital One, Cox Communications, among others. By partnering with the group’s COOs and Account Managers, Mike executes strategies to retain and maximize growth with our clients serviced in North America, Latin America and the Philippines.
As COO Americas, Raul Navarro manages all financial and operational functions for Sitel in North America and Latin America (LATAM). He and his team oversee 29 contact centers and more than 21,000 associates. Before moving into the Americas role, Raul resided in Sao Paulo, Brazil where he served as the GM/COO of Sitel’s LATAM group. During his tenure leading Sitel LATAM, from 2011 to 2016, Raul increased profitability threefold. This transformation ensued by selecting strong country leadership focused on driving high Net Promotor Scores (NPS) and contribution margin from their customer base and presiding over record-setting employee satisfaction and eNPS.
