Sitel Group has been awarded a contract to deliver the UK Visa International and Domestic Customer Service operations. The new contract will see the transition of what has historically been two separate contracts into a single contract to deliver the International and UK service. The Service will focus on delivering cost-effective multilingual services to provide information and support for UK and international citizens when submitting visa applications. The contract will see Sitel Group providing additional innovative digital and self-service capabilities that will support Government in delivering its wider objectives.
