MIAMI, Florida — February 25, 2020 — Sitel Group, one of the largest customer experience (CX) management companies in the world, today announced its Gold Sponsorship for Relate 2020, Zendesk Inc.’s annual global user conference to be held in Miami, March 3-5, 2020.
