Miami – January 13, 2023 Sitel Group®, one of the largest global providers of customer experience (CX) products and solutions, has been named a 2023 Leader in Diversity by the Financial Times and Statista. The Financial Times and Statista collaborated for the fourth time to compile the ranking for 2023. This year’s eligibility criteria included only those companies with a written policy on diversity and inclusion, or a public commitment to diversity.

The Financial Times-Statista ranking of Europe’s Diversity Leaders is based on independent surveys of more than 100,000 employees across the continent. They were all given the chance to evaluate their own employer’s diversity and inclusion practices, and to give their perception of those adopted by other prominent employers in their respective industries.
