As executive vice president and chief commercial officer (CCO), Don Berryman leads Sitel’s Global Sales and Solutions organisation. Formerly, Berryman held the positions of president for the Americas region, general manager for the Americas region and chief global sales and marketing officer, leading the efforts to grow revenue with new client acquisition, expand programs with existing clients and help position the company as the world leader in outsourced services focused on client relationships.
Prior to joining Sitel, Berryman was at EDS where he worked with their global CRM practice. Before EDS he spent nearly six years with EarthLink where, as president of municipal networks, he managed EarthLink’s market-leading effort into the municipal wireless broadband arena. During his EarthLink tenure, he also served as executive vice president of EarthLink’s customer support operations. He has also held positions at IdentityNow, Inc. and APAC Customer Care, Inc., where he built the company’s inbound/outsourcing division. Berryman also directed national customer service programs at companies including Ryder System, Inc. and Gannett Company’s USA Today.
Berryman is an alumnus of Michigan State University.
