Sitel Group were finalists in nine categories at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2019.

‘Simply the best and they are really setting the standard’

On November 26th, industry leaders came together to find out who were the winners of the largest and most credible awards programme in Europe. The ECCCSAs is one of the longest running awards programmes in the industry and recognises organisations across Europe that are leading the way and delivering exceptional service to customers.

In front of the largest ever attendance of the ECCCSAs Sitel were recognised as winners in Best Small Outsourced Partnership with the Body Shop and Bronze for Best Pan European Contact Centre-Portugal

The 94 judges, all with years of experience working in the industry, were overwhelmed by the achievements of all the Finalists saying Sitel in Serbia and their Best Small Outsourcing Partnership with The Body Shop was ‘simply the best and they are really setting the standard’. One of the Judges commented on LinkedIn,I was lucky enough to be one of the judges who saw this nomination and I was so impressed, genuinely passionate, experts who evidenced a real partnership – was so happy you won.’

Further accolade came with awards for Highly Commended in the categories: Best New Contact Centre Sitel Glasgow, Best Multi Lingual Contact Centre Sofia and Best Small Outsourced Partnership – Sitel Stratford and Beko.

Sitel were also finalists for Most Effective Application of Technology – Innso, Best Use of AI and Associated Technologies – TSC, Most Effective Management of Peak Demand – Sitel Newcastle and Best Employer: Great Place to Work – Sitel Coventry.

These awards demonstrate Sitel is working hard within the industry to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
