For Sitel Group®, the answer to all of these questions – and many more – is Sitel MAX. Short for My Associate Experience, Sitel MAX is a global virtual community designed by our people, for our people. Built on the pillars of open dialogue and personal and professional development, Sitel MAX is not your average employee feedback program. Through on-going engagement, we capture ideas and innovative approaches and leverage them to ensure that our organization is a place where our people can Learn, Lead & Grow.
The process begins by crowdsourcing and collecting ideas that will shape and drive the future of the company. Launched in October 2019, Sitel MAX has already processed over 1,000 ideas, most of which came directly from contact center agents.
From Ideation to Implementation
Ideas collected are analyzed and ranked according to their feasibility and later are voted on by the Sitel MAX community. Simple innovations, such as coaching or management changes, can be implemented immediately, starting as a pilot and then, once refined, rolled out across the organization.
But there’s more to Sitel MAX than new ideas and employee feedback. It’s about innovation; about looking for new approaches, tools and technologies that make an impact in the employee experience and then bring these innovations together.

Our community is made up of CX experts who know better than anyone else how to take something generic and turn it into something customized to their needs and the company’s future. Whether that’s building on-demand digital learning services, refining and improving digital coaching tools or improving our existing branding and messaging to build an authentic brand.
