Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion This Pride Month – and Beyond
In an era of social distancing, coming together to celebrate our individuality and take pride in our uniqueness has never been more important.
June is Pride Month – a global movement to show support and raise awareness for the LGBTQ+ community around the world. Like its official symbol, the rainbow flag, Pride Month is bold, lively and colorful; it’s a time to recognize the importance of our diversity in our communities, within our organization and around our world.
Ultimately, Pride Month is an opportunity to celebrate the differences and similarities that bind us together. At Sitel, this means learning from each other’s experiences, ideas and opinions – not just during this month, but always.

With social distancing measures in full effect, this year’s Pride Month may look a bit different. There won’t be parades or festivals, but pride will still happen – online.
Through our Empowered voices blog, we give our people a platform to share their own stories of pride, inclusiveness and daring to be different. As part of our mission to spark meaningful conversation and bring awareness to the movement, we’ll be featuring stories of #SitelPride all month long. But these initiatives don’t end come July. At Sitel, we fly our pride flag all year long in honor of our unique, empowered people – all 80,000 of us. We are connected. We are valued.
