Ray McDiarmid is Global Head of CX Consulting at Sitel Group.
Connecting sources of insights to improve the real-time context of the customer experience (CX), together with collaboration in working with strategic partners to disrupt from within, is a passion for Ray. After leaving Sitel Group in 2010, Ray led enterprise sales and consulting at Boxever – a high-growth SaaS customer data and decisioning platform, used by many of the world’s most customer-centric and ambitious airlines to deliver personalised sales, service and service recovery interactions.
Ray re-joined Sitel Group in September 2020 from Capgemini Plc, where he was the industry leader for the travel and transportation sector.
Ray lives near London and is married with three daughters. He is an avid Chelsea FC supporter and fundraiser for Dreamflight, a British Airways linked charity that changes young lives by taking children with a serious illness or disability, without their parents, on the holiday of a lifetime to Orlando, Florida.
