We recognize everything the entire team is doing to keep our business running as smoothly as possible. This includes, but is not limited to: keeping us updated on day to day operations at Sitel, mobilizing your team to handle customer calls, the endless hours spent working with our team to enhance the number of folks that can either work in the office or from home, the immediate responses to our requests, oversight and coaching for those working, and most importantly, insuring our customers get the best service possible! We understand these are trying times for everyone at Sitel, along with their families, and truly value your partnership and commitment.
I’ve personally listened to many P&C calls over the last few weeks and want to thank all the reps on the front lines for all they are contributing every single day! It’s really nice to hear the reps ask our customers how they are doing and urge them to stay safe and/or healthy. Now more than ever, our customers are depending on us and it is great to know we can depend on these folks to handle our customers’ needs.
