The leading European private healthcare provider wanted to help people help themselves stay healthy 

The Challenge

Leverage digital channels to educate and engage the public on a host of healthcare and wellbeing issues. 

Our Solution

We started with a social listening and social media analytics campaign to understand the most pressing health-related issues being discussed among the population and the biggest questions being asked. 

Armed with this information, we selected three initial topics and then engaged Ramsay’s expert teams of health specialists to create the most authoritative content possible. 

This was turned into questions and answers for a dedicated chatbot, whose NLP we trained initially through data gathered from social channels. 

As well as responding to directly typed questions, the chatbot was developed to ‘interview’ users and, once sufficient information on their health and lifestyle has been processed, offer tailored health and wellbeing advice.
