The Challenge
The client wanted to leverage mobile learning by using tablets to further develop their sales teams’ skills.
Our Solution
We facilitated point of sale training during normal operating hours and deployed a nationwide instructor-led, two-day program across 155 stores. This was further reinforced with in-person coaching. As a result,the client achieved a 30% increase in phone accessory sales and individual in-store purchases increased by 20%.
