Sitel Group requires internet be used for work-related purposes only during working hours; including media streaming, ripping, gaming or other web usage by other members of household that may negatively impact your network’s performance.
Several incidents involving organizations and individuals fraudulently claiming to recruit on behalf of Sitel Group have recently been identified.
The scammers’ goal is to extort money from candidates by asking for upfront payment for fake ancillary costs (travel agency, visa fees, company equipment) or to obtain personal and financial information (bank account details, personal address, etc.).
Be advised that Sitel, its subsidiaries or any organization working on behalf of the company for recruitment purposes will never request payment nor will it ask for financial information during the recruitment and selection process.
We take this situation very seriously and implement all possible measures to identify and stop this type of fraud.
If you feel you have been a victim of such a crime, we recommend you contact your local law enforcement authorities and report the incident.
