Sitel Group Awarded Gold CRC Award for Service to Orange and HP Instant Ink

Sitel Group was awarded the Gold CRC Award for Inbound Sales for its service to Orange 1414 and Technical Support for the service it provides to HP Instant Ink. The Inbound Sales award for Sitel’s service to Orange was jointly collected by the teams of both companies headed by Montse Jiménez, Sitel’s Account Manager.

Sitel Group was awarded the Gold CRC Award for Inbound Sales for its service to Orange 1414 and Technical Support for the service it provides to HP Instant Ink. The Inbound Sales award for Sitel’s service to Orange was jointly collected by the teams of both companies headed by Montse Jiménez, Sitel’s Account Manager.

Javier Pacho, HP’s Contact Center Operations Manager, accepted Sitel’s Technical Support award for his service to HP Instant Ink along with José Luis Yuste, Operations Director, and Sergio Pinto, Operations Manager, Sitel.

“These awards are the reward for teamwork between both companies accompanied by great effort and commitment of our agents every day,” said Esmerelda Mingo, general director, Sitel Group Spain. “For us, it is essential to have a good relationship with our clients since it is what allows us to anticipate their needs and be able to provide the best experiences to their customers.”

The CRC Oro Awards, organized by the Spanish Association of Customer Relationship Experts (AEERC) in collaboration with IXO as an audit company, and IFAES are the benchmark for companies that outsource customer care. They recognize the excellence of the companies through an exhaustive audit that evaluates metrics of quality, strategy and vision of each company including people management, operations and implemented technologies.
