EmpowerCX, our annual industry event dedicated to customer experience (CX) innovation, is back and bigger than ever for 2020. To kick off the new decade, we’re heading to sunny San Diego to continue the customer experience conversation with more speakers, more sessions and more insights than ever before. 

EmpowerCX is about enabling positive change – optimizing customer conversation with a renewed focus on CX strategy, powered by emotional interaction and digital transformation. EmpowerCX connects attendees with industry leaders and customer experience experts to make that change happen. That’s why on June 23-24, 2020, more than 300 senior-level executives from around the globe and across all industries – from banking and financial services to travel, tourism and retail – will arrive in San Diego, California to learn, network and be inspired.
