It’s no surprise that our annual customer experience event, EmpowerCX, has been reimagined to a virtual event this year. With everyone’s health and safety as our priority, we postponed our in-person event in sunny San Diego to June 2021 – so we hope to see you there, in person, next year at the InterContinental San Diego (watch for more details). 

EmpowerCX Virtual: October 14-15, 2020

Nevertheless, we are bringing you an experience you won’t want to miss this year. This virtual CX event is filled with great content, powerful stories and interactive activities from across the customer experience (CX) industry. Our 2-day event is October 14-15, each day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET. This year, our bite-sized approach to content is designed to align with your increasingly busy schedule as we navigate this new, virtual normal together.
