Prior to Sitel Group, I was Vice President of Business Development at Teleperformance. In my role, I was responsible for developing and implementing new business sales opportunities for global contact center clients across the customer care, technical support and analytics industries.

I have experience managing complex outsourcing initiatives and digital optimization strategies for Fortune 500 companies around the globe; with a focus on financial services, fintech, banking, retail and telecommunications industries.
