As CEO – Americas for Sitel Group®, Brian Johnson joined in 2022 to lead the continued transformation and growth of the organization serving the Americas market, spanning both North America (United States and Canada) and Latin America (Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama).
With extensive industry experience, Brian brings a history of consistently demonstrated high-value, digital and transformation services for both client brands and their customers. In his role, Brian is responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of the Americas business, including the continued development of client relationships, operational performance, and employee experience.
Prior to joining Sitel Group, Brian served for six years as Regional CEO for the largest division of the largest publicly traded BPO. Like many in the industry, Brian started his career directly serving customers. Since then, he has grown in the industry as a leader supporting IT and Technology, opening and supporting several sites across the United States. From there, Brian expanded into senior leadership roles in Operations and Account Management before his senior executive role. His CX experience is truly global – for many years, Brian lived and worked in Argentina and the Philippines, where he served as Country Head.
