Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Sitel is about demonstrating and sustaining our commitment to conducting business in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. It is a commitment that stems from our Vision. Passion. Purpose. culture and values of corporate citizenship.

Sitel Footprints is an encompassing CSR program that aspires to become an agent of societal change in all Sitel locations around the globe-more than 140 contact centers in total. Our goal is to primarily improve the quality of life of our associates, to provide value to the business and our clients, and to contribute to the communities where we operate and call home. This organization serves as the umbrella program for numerous CSR projects focused on (1) Education and Job Generation, (2) Health and Wellness, (3) Social Responsibility and (4) Environmental Conservation.

Education and Job Generation

Education and job generation is a Sitel Footprints initiative aimed at changing the landscape of the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry while delivering the company's business responsibilities of growth and value to our clients, shareholders and associates. In many communities, Sitel provides skills training to those who may qualify as a call center associate through Sitel Footprints' capability building programs. This program aims to identify and assist individuals who may be given a chance to become progressive members of the industry while simultaneously supplying the needs of the business for manpower. This CSR initiative provides empowerment through education to individuals who could have missed this career opportunity without proper training and coaching.

Health and Wellness

Sitel has always placed a premium on well-being and health through programs directed at the communities in which we operate, as well as for our very own associates. With comprehensive health programs and exciting wellness activities that cover life situations and encourage personal growth, Sitel creates a new standard in company health awareness.

Social Responsibility

Sitel actively pursues activities that benefit challenged members of our communities. It is our desire to become a humane and sensitive member of society in every part of the world that we operate. This ranges from providing assistance and services to individuals who need help the most, to urgent and emergency support for disaster. Philanthropy work is initiated by the company at sites around the world, encouraging missions for associates, their families and other members of the community.
