Sitel, a global business process outsourcing or “BPO” provider, has announced that a multinational consumer electronics manufacturing company chose them to deliver technical support services.
As per the agreement, Sitel’s associates will deliver technical support for the manufacturer’s exclusive portfolio of multimedia equipment.
Demands for service for this popular consumer electronics brand are likely to go up with the holiday season fast approaching. To address this, Sitel has brought in more associates at their on-shore U.S. facility and said it will persist with its expansion drive even after the holiday season is concluded. This will improve the capacity available immediately to appropriately cater to the customers’ product enquiries not only throughout the holiday season but even after it draws to a close.
