American Media Company Selects Sitel to Provide Customer Care
Sitel, a US-based business process outsourcing services provider, has said that a media company has selected it to provide customer care support.
Sitel's associates will handle in-bound calls from the media company's subscribers, processing address changes, vacation delivery suspensions, subscription renewals and new accounts. Approximately 200 Sitel associates in the US and the Philippines will provide customer care support.
