Madrid, October 11, 2012 - Sitel, leading global customer care provider, highlighted as one of the most awarded companies at the 15th edition of the CRC Oro Awards, held on Tuesday the 9th at the Hotel Melia Castilla in Madrid, in the occasion of the Expo Relación Cliente + Call Center 2012, organized annually by IFAES.


For the fourth year in a row Sitel has been recognised in the most relevant event of the contact center industry, with awards that reinforce and underscore the company's commitment to its customers and its clear focus on service quality.

Sitel won three awards: the CRC Gold Award for the Best Web Service Operation by Philips, the CRC Gold Award for the Best Up Cross Selling Service by Serviberia and the CRC Gold Award for the Best Technical Support by Redsys.

Along 15 years, The CRC Gold Awards have become a reference for companies in the field of the outsourcing service for customer care. This initiative grew out of the Spanish Association of Experts in Customer Relationship to recognize excellence and quality factors provided by the major Spanish companies in the management of the customer relationship, based on a benchmark study conducted by IZO.
