Serbian President Boris Tadić to speak at launch event for Sitel’s new Belgrade contact centre

International global beauty retailer first client to outsource customer care to Serbia

WATFORD, UK – 22 November 2011 - Sitel, a leading customer care outsourcing provider, announced today that the Serbian President, Boris Tadić, will speak at the launch event to commemorate the opening of Sitel’s new Belgrade, Serbia contact centre. Sitel will also be joined by Mary Warlick, US Ambassador Serbia, and dozens of executives from leading businesses across the globe at the launch event on 22 November. Sitel’s facility is the first non-domestic CRM outsourcer to open up a site in Serbia.

Sitel also announced the first client to use the state-of-the-art facility is an international global beauty retailer. By tapping into Serbia’s well-educated and multilingual workforce, the brand is able to consolidate customer care for several European markets, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands and Denmark, all within the Belgrade facility.
