NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- October 3, 2011--Sitel, a leading customer care outsourcing provider, today announced that it is actively expanding its customer care call center in the city of Amarillo, Texas. The call center will be adding 90 positions for its National Financial Services client that supports military families. Newly-hired Amarillo associates will provide inbound customer care support.

In an effort to recruit new employees, Sitel is working closely with Texas Workforce Solutions and hosting an on-site job fair on Wednesday, October 5, 2011.
