The 40,000-square foot facility is expected to increase its staff by 200 associates with this recruitment drive. Sitel first opened the site in 1999.
In an effort to recruit employees to meet the growing demand, Sitel is actively attending local job fairs, partnering with local schools and universities and taking out several radio and print advertisements. The newly hired Oak Ridge associates will provide inbound customer care and technical support for a leading telecommunications company, a well-known high-speed internet provider and a national property and casualty insurance carrier.
